Together, we will work to find your inner strengths and identify ways to make a challenging process not feel so lonely!

    Helping individuals identify ways to deal with day to day stressors and negative thought patterns. Anxiety can be experienced physically (sweating, heart racing, restlessness, rapid breathing, or shaking) and emotionally (negative thought patterns, feeling of doom, trouble concentrating, or excess worry). Depression shows up many different ways. Some may feel sad, tearful, empty, irritable. hopeless, or have lost interest in pleasurable activities. I want to support you in feeling more fulfilled and satisfied!

    Change can be hard! While life transitions can be an exciting time it also can bring up scary feelings of the unknown. You may be going through a life transition or adjustment in your life. You may be feeling stuck or uneasy about your current situation. I am here to walk along side you to navigate this time together!
