Self pay Rates

50 minute $145 in person or virtual

*I accept credit and HSA cards at this time.

I am in network with Aetna and BCBS

I do provider superbills upon request if you are in network with another provider and want to seek reimbursement independently.

Why Someone may choose self pay

When utilizing health insurance, they will need to have access to your medical records which includes a diagnosis, treatment plans and therapy notes. For privacy reasons, some clients may choose self-pay.

What to expect

  • I understand entering therapy can be scary. This consultation is to give you the opportunity to meet me and ask any questions you may have. It is also a time for me to explore your therapy goals. If we both feel it will be a good fit I will send you initial paperwork to complete prior to our initial appointment!

  • After our 15 minute consult I will email you documents to complete prior to our initial session. These documents will include practice policies, consent for treatment, as well as intake forms that will help me better understand you are your goals for therapy. During our initial session I may ask questions regarding the paperwork submitted or follow up questions to fill in any gaps. During our initial session we will also try and set treatment goals and plan for our next therapy sessions.

  • Appointments must be canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled time or you will be charged for your session. I encourage clients to change or cancel appointments through the client portal or by contacting me directly at candice@graywellnessandcounseling.com
